Registration Forms will be available online on the school website (https://www.carmelschoolranchi.com)
from 7th Oct. 2024 to 30th Nov. 2024 for coming academic year. Admission notification is published on website at specified dates.The parents are requested to bring the original Municipal Birth Certificate/Baptism Certificate to avail registration form.
The documents to be attached with the Registration Form at the time of submission:
- Copy of Municipal Birth Certificate / Baptism Certificate
- Copy of Aadhar Card
- Copy of Caste Certificate (ST/SC/OBC)
Note: Registration Forms duly filled in with all the information should be submitted in the school office from 7th Oct. 2024 to 30th Nov. 2024.
Age
For LKG: Candidate must be born in the year 2021 upto 29th February 2022.
For UKG: Candidate must be born in the year 2020 upto 29th February 2021.
For Class I: Candidate must be born in the year 2019 upto 31st December 2020.
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWALS
- Students are ordinarily admitted at the beginning of the School year which commences in April. But the registrations form are sold at specified times.
- For admission to any class, it is necessary that the students pass the entrance test.
- No admission is complete in the kindergarten until the Transfer Certificate from the previous school is produced.
- That Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without having to give reasons for her action.
- If a student is withdrawn for any length time and parents wish her to be re-admitted , the admission free will be charged
- If a student is to be withdrawn from the school, a month’s fee is required previous to the withdrawal of a student. A written application must be made by the parent of guardian for the Transfer Certificate, will be issued only after at least 24 hours in advance.
- The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all the fees and other dues to the school are paid.
