Admission
1. only girls are eligible for admission.
2. Registration Forms will be available online on the school website (https://www.carmelschoolranchi.com)
from 6th Oct. 2025 to 6th Nov. 2025 for coming academic year. Admission notification is published on website at specified dates.
3. Age
For LKG : Candidate must be born in the year July 2022 -December 2022.
For HKG: Candidate must be born in the year July 2021-December 2021.
For Class I: Candidate must be born in the year July 2020 – December 2020.
Note: i) The date of registration of the birth certificate must be within one year of the date of birth.
(ii) Supplementary documents such as Hospital Discharge Slip and Immunization Card etc. may be attached for further verification.
4. Caste: If SC/ST/OBC – please provide Caste Certificate of Child/Father/Mother
5, Aadhar: Copy of applicant’s Aadhar required.
6.The following documents will be accepted as proof of birth: One attested photocopy of any one of the following document is acceptable:
a) Baptism Certificate from the:
(i) Municipal Corporation
(ii) Notified Area Committee
(iii) Office Of Births and Deaths
ADMISSION AND WITHDRAWALS
- Students are ordinarily admitted at the beginning of the School year which commences in April. But the registrations form are sold at specified times.
- For admission to any class, it is necessary that the students pass the entrance test.
- No admission is complete in the kindergarten until the Transfer Certificate from the previous school is produced.
- That Principal reserves the right to refuse any application without having to give reasons for her action.
- If a student is withdrawn for any length time and parents wish her to be re-admitted , the admission free will be charged
- If a student is to be withdrawn from the school, a month’s fee is required previous to the withdrawal of a student. A written application must be made by the parent of guardian for the Transfer Certificate, will be issued only after at least 24 hours in advance.
- The Transfer Certificate will be issued only after all the fees and other dues to the school are paid.
