ATTENDANCE

1. As regular attendance is important for successful work, parents and guardian are requested to see that the students attend their classes regularly. Should however , a student   need to be absent the parent  or guardian  should  submit a written  application  on behalf of the  student  previous to the absence .
2. In case of sickness or other unforeseen  circumstances , the student  returning  to school must show  the teacher in charge  her regularity  record  signed  by the Principal.
3. Every student must be present on the first day of each school term.
4. Continuous absence for 15 days without leave will be considered  equivalent  to the withdrawal   of the student  from the school  and her name will be struck off the roll.
5. A medical Certificate must be produced for absence due to a contagious or infectious illness.

SCHOOL UNIFORM

1. White blouse, blue skirt, white socks, black shoes, chilly red jersey and white long socks in winter.
2. White blouse, white skirt, socks, white keds (canvas shoes) will be worn on Friday.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO PARENTS AND GUARDIANS

Parents and Guardians are requested to co-operate with the school authorities:-

1. By urging their wards to be regular and punctual in attendance.
2. By following   up the reports which  keep  them  informed  of the  diligence  in studies  and the behavior  of their wards.
3. By attending regularly the Parent- Teacher meetings to discuss means for greater progress of their children.
4. By seeing that their wards enter daily in the daily the lessons given.

By insisting on neatness and cleanliness in their text books, exercise books, dress etc.

EXAMINATION & PROMOTION

1. Besides Weekly tests, there will be two Terminals and one Final Examination   during the school year.  
2. All are obliged to answer the Final Examination. There will be no anticipation or postponements of the same neither will a re-examination be held.
3. To secure a Pass Certificate the students is required to pass in every subject, securing a minimum of 40%.

In all matter of promotion or failure, the decision of the Principal is final. Answer scripts of the Final Examination will not be shown.

SPECIAL NOTES :

1. Unit Test will be conducted without any prior announcement.
2. No consideration for promotion will be given if the student does not take the examination or she is found absent.
3. The fee dues  must  be cleared   within  the schedule  time in  accordance   with the instructions received   from the Educational Department, a boy/girl whose  School fee has been  permitted  to fall into  arrears for a period amounting  to three  months  will be sent home, and his/ her name will be struck off from the Admission  Register .
4. Students who return from vacation/ short holidays will be fined Rs. 10/- per day.
5. A student twice failing in the same class will have to discontinue her students at the school.
6. All are obliged to answer the Final Examination. There will be neither anticipation nor postponement of the same nor there be re-examination.
